About Our Return Policy: As a small retailer we strive to offer great values at a lower markup than traditional retailers. Yet we still offer a full 30 day return policy. We offer a full 100% refund if items are returned following our return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable. With increasing fuel costs our shipping costs are rising all the time. Our flat rate shipping policy costs us over 10% of the merchandise total. To help us maintain our flat rate shipping policy and prevent our customers the cost of returning unwanted items please feel free to ask questions regarding our product via email or phone and be sure to check your order confirmation to ensure that your order reads correctly prior to items shipping. To help us keep our prices low and keep bringing you new and exciting items, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the date it originally shipped. Please notify us immediately if your order contains any damage or manufacturer defect. We will issue a replacement item and include a pre-paid return shipping label. All order must be returned to:

Returns and Refunds:
We are proud of our collection and your satisfaction is our goal at Bella Home Fashions. Items can be returned for a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Items must be received back to Bella Home Fashions within 30 days from date of shipment. Used or laundered items are not eligible for any refund. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
Special Order items and cancelled orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Refunds may be affected on orders that received a multiple item discount.
Items shipped back as “refused”, “return to sender”, “not ordered” or “incorrect address” will be subject to any return freight charges billed to Bella Home Fashions by the carrier and will be deducted from any refund unless pre-authorized. Customers who chose to have the order re-shipped to a different address will be subject to the actual shipping costs. If you choose to return your item late, items received after 30 days but no more than 60 days from date of shipment will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee. To avoid a restocking fee be sure to email for a return authorization in a timely manner. If you do not receive a return authorization email within 1 business day of your request please call us at 503-452-3749. Returns received after 60 days will be returned to sender and no refund issued.
Please follow the procedure for a return. Then place a new order for the item you would like.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, contained within the original product packaging with any documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that were included. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back and no refund will be issued.
Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be initiated.
Clearance Items All Sales are Final. No refunds will be permitted.
UPS Shipping Times Map
We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground and USPS (United States Postal Service) Mail Services Free* to the contiguous United States(*on order $29.99 and over). If your ship to address does not accept one of the above shipping methods, please notify us. Some of our items may have additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. This is noted in the product description. These services allow us to offer a cost effective, timely delivery service for you. You will be provided with tracking information of your purchase automatically as long as you provided us with an email address. Oregon is a "No Sales Tax" state so the price you see is what you are charged.
All shipping services for our International and Military address (APO/FPO) customers are available. We utilize USPS Priority Mail for these orders. Prices reflect the actual shipping cost via Priority Mail based on the weight of the item(s). If actual shipping cost are less than what you were charged, we are happy to refund the difference.
International buyers please note that additional duties and taxes may be applied by your local Customs office and you will be responsible for these charges at time of delivery.
All expedited shipping services are available. Please contact us prior to completing your order to arrange for any expedited shipping method. If you have placed your order and need expedited shipping, contact us prior to 11 am Pacific Standard Time the next business day or your order will be shipped via normal ground delivery.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to these areas will be done through USPS Mail Services and will be based on weight and package size. Shipping cost is built in to our shopping cart and will be displayed during the checkout process.
International shipping will be done through USPS Mail Services. Your purchase shipping costs will be based on weight and size of package. Some destinations have been entered into our checkout system. Just add your item(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. On the next page you will be presented with an opportunity to Estimate the Shipping Cost. If you do not find your destination, please contact us for a shipping quote.
